Former NHL player, Billy Tibbetts, has been arrested at a Massachusetts motel for allegedly violating a protective order tied to a harassment claim. The arrest comes after a warrant was issued by a Massachusetts judge, with Pennsylvania among the neighboring states listed for extradition. Tibbett, who now reportedly lives in Rhode Island, played in 82 games across four NHL seasons from 2000-03 and did not score a single point during his career. He was arraigned before being released on $25,000 bail and has an extradition hearing scheduled for March 25. This arrest is part of a lengthy legal history that includes previous arrests in 1994 and 1999.
