'The Dark City Speaks' poetry event returns to BMCA

The Black Mountain Center for the Arts (BMCA) is set to host "The Dark City Speaks: An Evening of Poetry" on April 18. The event is a collaboration between BMCA, the Friends of the Black Mountain Library, and the Dark City Poets Society. The headlining poets are David Brendan Hopes, Allan Wolf, Lockie Hunter, and Patrick McPherson. Tickets for the event are available for $15, with proceeds supporting the BMCA's continued efforts.
