Berkeley Police Schedules DUI Checkpoint For Thursday

The Berkeley Police Department has scheduled a routine DUI check-up from 8.01.m. on Shattuck Avenue and Parker Street, aimed at identifying individuals who are operating while under the influence of marijuana, prescription medication, and other substances. The funding for these checks is provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
