The South Florida housing market is becoming more of a buyers' market as home prices remain high and listings linger for months. According to Redfin, the strongest buyers’ market was in Miami, which saw 163% more sellers than buyers in February. Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville also saw increased in sales. Factors such as home selling as people attempt to "cash in on still-high home values" and high mortgage rates. The median sale price of a single-family home in Palm Beach County in February was $675,000, an increase from $647,000 the previous year.
