Philadelphia 76ers defeated Charlotte Hornets 118-114, marking a crucial victory for the team that has been missing from much of March. Tyrese Maxey returned from a three-week hiatus due to a right finger tendon strain, and with Joel Embiid, Maxey and Paul George playing together, the team's big three secured a crucial win. The victory was crucial as Philadelphia ended Charlotte's five-game winning streak at home and secured the season series 2-1 over Charlotte. The last time the team had Maxey, George, Embiad and George played together was Jan. 29 against Sacramento. This was also Embid's second game back from a strained right oblique and Kelly Oubre Jr.'s return from a left elbow strain.
