El Paso high school senior wrestler Cydney Davis has been named the 2026 Class 5A Girls Wrestler of the Year by the Texas High School Coaches Association. She won the 155-pound state title, becoming the third consecutive state champion. Davis also named the Most Outstanding Wrestler in Class 5a. She finished her high school career with a record 193-3.
