Cape Cod man charged with murder of his sister

A woman was found dead in a Cape Cod home, with her brother, Kenneth Beltrame, charged with murder. Police responded to a well-being check on a woman at the home and found her body inside. The DA's office stated that her body had obvious signs of violent trauma. After an interview with investigators, Beltrame confessed to the crime and will be arraigned on the charge of murder.
