MVP Recounts Earthquake Survival Story While Working for NJPW

Pro wrestling wrestler MVP survived the March 11, 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, which caused a radiation leak at Fukushima that endangered Tokyo. While on a tour with New Japan Pro Wrestling, MVP thought he was going to die in Japan due to the disaster. He and other Americans decided to stay on the tour to distract from the country's devastation. MVP, a former IWGP Intercontinental Champion in NJPW, has also worked in TNA, WWE, AEW, and is currently a member of the Hurt Syndicate faction in AEW.
