Electrical workers for Arizona Public Service (APS) have been praised for saving a toddler who escaped from their parent and nearly ran into heavy traffic. The incident occurred in downtown Phoenix and occurred when Arizona public Service supervisor Kort Meyer saw the child on the run and attempted to intervene. Another employee, troubleman Robert Butler, stopped to help and saved the child. Security camera footage showed the rescue. The employees were praised for their quick thinking and determination.
