Nashville Electric Service (ES) has released initial findings from an independent 30-day review of its response to Winter Storm Fern. The board called this year's storm one of the most significant weather events in the system's history. The report identified areas of strength in the response, including the use of parallel restoration strategies and effective use of logistics and material distribution systems. The findings will be discussed at the next NES board meeting.
