The boat involved in a hit-and-run incident in Biscayne Bay has been located, according to officials from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The incident occurred when a large boat hit a man and his 14-year-old son, who were ejected into the water. The father, 55, died from his injuries, while the son was treated for severe injuries. The FWC has not yet disclosed any information on the driver of the boat or whether they will face charges.
