Björn Bauer has been named as the CFO of the newly combined BMG and Concord, following a successful transition from RTL Group to BMG. Bauer will report to Bob Valentine, who has been designated CEO of the combined entity. He previously served as CFO at RTL, where he has been a key figure in advancing RTL's transformation. Current BMG CFO Mathis Wolter will continue his role at RTl and support the integration with Concord before moving to a new role within Bertelsmann.
