A New Jersey Girl Scout troop has partnered with Daylite Dispensary in Mount Laurel to sell cookies outside the dispensary. The idea was previously rejected by Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey, the Girl Scout council that oversees troops in the region. The troop was allowed to sell their cookies at Daylite on a trial basis this year. The first cookie selling stint took place on February 20. The Girl Scouts offered their full array of cookies, including favorites like Thin Mints, Caramel Delites. The partnership is seen as a sign of more shared opportunities for local businesses and individuals.
