The Hawaiian/Korean fusion restaurant, s'ONO!, in the Tivoli Student Union, is moving to Aurora, where it will take over the Golden Wok space. The move is part of a larger effort to raise $20,000 by April 26 for Westword. Founder Misty Wise, who started s’ONO! with her sister-in-law Suzanne Young, has been in a culinary career since the early 2010s and has been approached by Soyon Bueno, head of the Asian Student Association at the University of Denver, who suggested opening a restaurant in a different part of town. This summer, she will open Ono Era in the former Golden Woken space. Despite a recent management change at the TIVoli, Wise plans to keep many of her favorite Korean food favorites on the menu.
