Thunder wing Luguentz Dort has apologized to Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic after committing a second flagrant foul in the fourth quarter of a game against the Thunder, marking his second in two weeks. This foul occurred during the Thunder's 129-126 win over the Nuggets. Dort's actions were not immediately met with backlash, unlike his away-from-the-action trip of Nuggets center Niko Jokovic in the previous game. The foul was ruled a flagrant 1 after review, giving Jokich two free throws and Denver possession. Despite this incident, Nuggets coach David Adelman and Nuggets wing Aaron Gordon acknowledged that the Dort foul actually contributed to Denver's comeback. The Thunder are currently 3-0 against the Nuggets this season and will play again on April 10.
