The National Weather Service has predicted that Sunday will see high temperatures of nearly 60 degrees in the Portland area, with a potential gust of 18 miles per hour. However, it is predicted that a cold front will hit northwest Oregon and southwest Washington on Tuesday and Wednesday. The weather service also expects sunshine to return on Thursday and Friday.
