The White House has announced that Spain has agreed to cooperate with the United States in relation to its own operations in the Mideast. This follows President Donald Trump's threat to cut off all trade with Spain. The announcement comes after Spain's Foreign Minister, José Manuel Albado, stated that he would not allow the U.S. to use jointly-controlled bases in Spain for any non-economic purposes.
