Grizzlies rule Ja Morant's season over due to left elbow injury

The Memphis Grizzlies guard, Javelan, has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to a UCL sprain in his left elbow. The team recommended that he undergoes a platelet-intensive injection to aid ligament healing and is expected to be ready for the start of the 2026-27 season. The injury occurred on Jan. 21, the second game he played following a two-week absence due to calf soreness.
