Victoria Gotti begs judge not to jail son Carmine Agnello, who’s giving her his kidney

John Gotti's daughter, Victoria, has pleaded with a Long Island judge to spare her fraudster son, Carmine Agnello, who is planning to give her one of his kidneys. Victoria, who recently learned she has chronic kidney disease, called her son's generosity and called him her "Miracle Child". Agnellon pleaded guilty to $1.1 million COVID fraud in 2024 and is free on bond after being free on bail. Federal prosecutors are seeking a 33 to 41 months sentence plus $1,25 million in restitution. Agnellonso admitted to fraudulently applying for three COVID relief loans for his business, Crown Auto Parts, lying about the size of his payroll and falsely claiming he had no criminal record. His lawyer, James Frocarro, argued that he should receive probation after the kidney transplant.
