‘Call of Duty’ Movie Gets Mission Ready With Summer 2028 Release Date

Paramount has announced that a film adaptation of "Call of Duty," set to be released in 2028, will be directed by Pete Berg and written by Taylor Sheridan. The film is backed by Microsoft-owned video game publisher Activision and includes over 30 mainline games since its debut in 2003. While the film is currently focused on one movie, there is potential for Paramount to expand the "call of the Almighty" universe across film and television.
