25-year-old Chicago man sentenced to at least 45 years in deadly Fargo shooting

Chicago man, Patrick Martin, has been sentenced to 55 years in prison for his role in a deadly shooting at a Fargo apartment complex in December 2024. Martin pleaded guilty to one count of murder in the course of a felony and another count of conspiracy to commit robbery with a firearm. He will serve a minimum of 45 years before he is eligible for release and will be subject to five years of supervised probation. As part of his sentence, Martin must testify truthfully in all future proceedings against any co-defendant connected to the death of Rahsaan Wilson. The shooting occurred on Dec. 4, 2024.
