A 14-year-old boy was seriously injured in a collision with an SUV while riding a dirt bike in San Diego's Encanto neighborhood. The incident occurred shortly after a boat carrying 19 people left Mexico and then overturned, causing significant damage to the vehicle. The suspect was bitten on the arm by the police and subsequently killed. It is unclear if these incidents are connected.
