Former England defender Ashley Young has announced his retirement at the age of 40. He had played for several clubs, including Aston Villa, Manchester United, Inter Milan, and Everton. Young made his England debut in 2007 and won 39 caps for the national team. He ended his career with a one-year deal with Norwich.
