The U.S. has arrested a soldier for using confidential information for insider trading. Gannon Ken Van Dyke allegedly used non-public information to bet on the abduction of former Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro. The Department of Justice alleges that he used $33,000 in contracts on Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market, to collect $400,000. The transactions were made through non-taxpayer funds. The arrest comes amid the ceasefire with Iran.
