Crypto-focused venture capital firm, Blockchain Capital, is raising $700 million for two new funds. The firm is aiming for its seventh early-stage fund and second growth fund, which will cover more mature companies that already have significant traction. Despite a slump in the crypto market, average fundraising deal size has increased by nearly 50% over the past 30 days. The new funds are expected to be completed in the next six months. Despite this, the firm has already begun deploying some of the new capital.
