The Middletown Library (MTPL) is offering various adult programs in April. From April 2 to April 9, join Smithsonian Curator Emerita Valerie Neal for a virtual talk on human spaceflight, exploring the history of US Women Astronauts. Explore American history with historian Ed Devlin and learn about the conflicts during the American Revolution. Learn about how to access books, audiobooks, and more using the Libby (Overdrive) and Hoopla apps, and create eye-catching videos using Canva, a free online design platform. Register for a National Poetry Month Discussion of Williams’ epic poem, Paterson, inspired by James Joyce. Join a Tech Tuesday session for an introduction on library borrowing, and a special meeting of MTPL’s Zining group on Thursday, April 23 at 6:30pm to create booklets using bookbinding techniques.
