Tech analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has suggested that OpenAI (OpenAI) is working on a ChatGPT phone with AI agents rather than apps, suggesting that the monthly bill for these agents could significantly increase mobile bills. The phone would replace apps with teams of AI agents, which would replace them with updates from mobile agents that constantly update users' daily updates. Kuo suggests that a made-by-OpenAI phone would allow ChatGpt and its agents to escape the sandbox and gain system-wide access to the handheld. This could create a new revenue stream for companies like OpenAI or any other AI-powered phone. However, the cost of this technology could increase, potentially leading to higher monthly mobile expenses for consumers.
