Woman charged after 14-year-old girl with autism drowns in hotel pool

A woman, Brittany Neely, has been charged with four counts of unlawful conduct toward a child following the death of 14-year-old Neveah Neely. Neely allegedly left her and a sibling unattended in the pool area for an extended period. The incident occurred at the Sandbar Hotel in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If convicted, each count could result in up to 10 years in prison.
