Romania's government will approve an emergency decree to cap fuel markup prices and limit exports for six months to mitigate the economic fallout of the Iran war. The measures could be extended by three months. Companies will only be able to export fuels with approval from the energy and economy ministries. The amount of biofuel in gasoline will also be lowered to reduce final prices. The finance ministry has approved a €632 million ($147.23 million) scheme to partially offset gasoline prices for road transporters until the end of the year.
