The victim of a drive-by shooting has been identified as 31-year-old Justin Charles Cline, who died from multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting occurred on Center Street between North Walters and North Gevers Streets, which also hit two homes and a vehicle. Police are still searching for the suspects.
