Community in Raleigh demands action over man arrested several times

A community in Raleigh, North Carolina, is demanding action against Brice Lewis Forman, a man who has been arrested, charged, and released nearly 40 times over the course of 16 years. Forman has been accused of assault, breaking into cars, theft, trespassing, making threats, disorderly conduct, being intoxicated and disruptive, and begging for money. His most recent arrest involved carrying a concealed weapon. Some businesses have posted pictures of Forman to warn the public about him. The Raleigh Police Department has not officially commented on the case.
