Forman has been accused of assault, breaking into cars, theft, trespassing, making threats, disorderly conduct, being intoxicated and disruptive, and begging for money. His most recent arrest involved carrying a concealed weapon. Some businesses have posted pictures of Forman to warn the public about him. The Raleigh Police Department has not officially commented on the case.
