Serial Thief Stole Over $225K In Copper From SMC: Police

A serial copper theft spree in San Mateo County has been stopped after police arrested 53-year-old Michael Galbreath for stealing around 2,800 feet of copper cable worth over $225,000. The final theft occurred on March 23 on Sand Hill Road in Woodside. Police found additional copper cable, evidence, illegal drugs, and ammunition in Galbreath.
