Legal expert, Ryan Vescio, has weighed in on the potential for evidence suppression in an alleged murder plot at Lake Brantley High School involving Isabelle Valdez and Lois Lippert, who are charged as adults as adults in relation to the plot. Court documents reveal that Valdez's defense attorney, Edward Lopez, is now trying to suppress evidence from an "illegal" seizure and search, questioning, statements made by Valdez, any confession, and physical evidence. Vesco stated that the law is stacked against Valdez regarding school interrogation, searches, and that his client was not informed she could return to class or her parents about the investigation.
