Another One: Illegal Charged With Rape, Kidnapping After Spanberger Made VA Sanctuary State, Lib Judge Released Him

A 28-year-old illegal immigrant from Guatemala, Luzvin Orvando Garcia Moran, has been charged with attempted rape and kidnapping after being released by a liberal judge after making Virginia a sanctuary state. This comes after former U.S. Rep. Abigail Spanberger successfully won the state's off-year gubernatorial election, claiming that she was a "moderate" Democrat compared to the radical Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears. Spanberger also demonstrated her willingness to compromise on immigration by ordering officials not to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She signed onto the unconstitutional National Popular Vote Interstate Contract, which automatically assigns a state's electoral votes to whoever wins the popular vote regardless of the previous election.
