The Gates Foundation, co-founded by Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates, plans to eliminate up to 500 jobs by 2030, representing approximately 20% of the organization's workforce. The move comes amid an internal investigation into the foundation's ties to deceased sex offender and suspected sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
