Anthony Kazmierczak, the man accused of attacking Rep. Ilhan Omar with apple cider vinegar during a Minneapolis town hall meeting, is expected to plead guilty to federal charges in a May 7 hearing. The charges stem from the incident which was identified as an assault on Omar. Hennepin County prosecutors are also expected to pursue the state case against him.
