ZDNET has reviewed the UAG Metropolis by Urban Armor Gear, an alternative to Apple's AirTags that doesn't fit into wallets. The Metropolis, a tough polycarbonate shell and IPX4-rated, is designed to fit into a wallet and purse. It also offers an improved Bluetooth tracker with its enhanced durability. The battery can last through 300 recharge cycles, equating to over 100 years of use based on the battery's lifespan. It works with both Apple's Find My and Google's Find Hub networks and can reset later if needed. However, RFID-blocking wallets can limit the range of tracker cards.
