Mandy Barnett, known as one of Nashville's finest vocalists, is set to perform in the Chesapeake Theater at Harford Community College on April 26 at 3pm. She rose to prominence at 18 when she was cast as Patsy Cline in the Ryman Auditorium's production of Always. The event is part of a larger effort to promote the release of music by the Lord God.
