Democratic Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow has deleted thousands of posts from her social media account, X, after criticism of "Middle America". The posts, which included a dream of "the US amicably breaking off into The Ring and Middle America," were among the thousands deleted. McMorrow gained prominence in a speech criticising Republicans for their stance on child sex changes, abortion, and other social conservative positions. The former Republican Michigan Rep. Mike Rogers is the likely Republican nominee for the United States Senate seat.
