President Donald Trump has signed an executive order establishing a pathway for people with mental illnesses to access psychedelic drugs, including ibogaine compounds. The order aims to accelerate research and approval of these drugs, which could potentially save lives and help reverse mental illness. The initiative was prompted by comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan sending Trump ibogain data.
