Trae Young, the star guard for the Wizards, may not play again this season due to two injuries, including a re-injured quadriceps and a lower back irritation. The injuries are being treated conservatively and will not require surgery. This comes as the Wizards have lost 14 consecutive games, with Young having played just five games. The team also traded for Anthony Davis, who has yet to play a game with Washington, despite his injury. This is not the first time such injuries have occurred for the worst teams in the NBA, with the Pacers (15-55) losing Tyrese Haliburton to a torn Achilles tendon.
