Man with @ihackedthegovernment Instagram account tells judge, “I made a mistake"

Nicholas Moore, a 25-year-old Tennessee man, pleaded guilty to accessing government systems with stolen login credentials and publicly posting screenshots of the process on his Instagram account, @ihackedthegovernment. Moore was sentenced to a year of probation for the unauthorized access, which the US government requested. The government did not request any jail time or a fine. The guilty plea relates to hacking the US Supreme Court's electronic filing system at least 25 times and hacking accounts at AmeriCorps and the Veterans Administration Health System.
