The New England Patriots are reportedly willing to pay less than the Eagles for wide receiver A.J. Brown. The Patriots' interest in Brown is no secret, with Boston Sports Journal's Greg Bedard revealing what they are prepared to offer. The second-round draft compensation for Brown is believed to be well below the Eagles' asking price. If a trade happens after June 1, it will likely result in a $20 million cap hit for the Eagles, compared to $7 million in savings if dealt after that date.
