Save Our States (SOS) has launched an ad titled "Big Banks are trying to destroy President Trump's crypto agenda" and has urged the Senate to act on the bipartisan Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (CLARITY Act) and warned against lobbying from banks that has stalled the bill's progress. The campaign's Executive Director, Trent England, stated that big banks are actively promoting innovation while secretly working to halt progress in the industry. England also highlighted the need for clear rules for the industry, stating that the CLARITY act would provide regulatory responsibilities, provide certainty for innovators, protect consumers, and ensure legitimate businesses can compete and innovate. The ad was first shared with the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF), and was accompanied by a letter from SOS Executive Director Trent England. The bill would replace confusion with clarity, establishing a framework to encourage innovation and safeguards fair competition.
