A man is being sought for a deadly hit-and-run in the Wilkes neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. The incident occurred at around 11:12 p.m. on Thursday night. Police found the victim dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle did not leave the scene and was reported to have fled.
