The study also revealed that nearly half of GenZ women choose the “tradwife” path, a married woman who embraces traditional gender roles and values. However, being a "tradwedd" does not necessarily involve giving up your career. The trend of "girlboss" has shifted a bit, with women now focusing on working smarter, not harder, and setting healthy boundaries to enjoy their fruits of their labor. Despite this shift, only 23% of women still crave this lifestyle, prioritizing their careers over relationships or marriage.
