$3.5M warehouse sale closes in Middlesex County area with ‘significant demand’

A 12,500-square-foot industrial property in Metuchen, New Jersey, has been purchased for $3.5 million by Sixty Liberty Holdings LLC. The new owner will use the building for flex-industrial operations, warehousing, and distribution. The transaction was handled by the Jaynes Industrial Group of Bussel Realty.
