CVS is opening two new pharmacy-focused stores on Grand River Avenue, about 7 miles apart, in an effort to expand access to pharmacy care in underserved communities. The stores focus on prescriptions and basic health services. The company has closed nine Michigan stores since January 2025, with plans to open more than 60 new locations across the country.
