Jermaine Longmire, 45, has been convicted on all counts of attempted rape and sexual abuse in relation to a 21-year-old woman who was sunbathing in Central Park on June 24, 2024. The victim managed to fight off her attacker a second time, causing him to flee down West Drive. Longmire is expected to be sentenced on May 12.
