Jeroen Coombs, a 32-year-old man from Citra, is accused of murdering his girlfriend's 3-year old daughter, Paisley Brown, in February. He is also charged with sexual battery on a child under the age of 12, alongside existing charges of first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse. The girl's mother, Jennifer Kendrick, was also arrested and charged with knowing about the abuse.
